Aircraft charter is the booking of an aircraft for the purpose of carrying passengers and/or cargo on a schedule and route agreed between the Customer and the Carrier.
A flight operated on a chartered aircraft is not part of the scheduled air service timetable and may be defined as a charter flight.
A charter flight is a flight arranged at the special request of a group of people or an organization.
Southern Sky Airlines JSC has a successful track record of organizing and operating charter (non-scheduled) air transportation of passengers and cargo both within the Republic of Kazakhstan and to neighboring countries.
Charter flights are operated on An-24 type aircraft, which have a passenger capacity of up to 48 seats and a payload of up to 5.5 tonnes in the cargo configuration.

To charter an aircraft, your request for the organization and operation of a charter flight must specify:
- Flight route;
- Planned departure dates and times;
- Purpose of the flight: passenger transportation – number of passengers, or cargo transportation – description and quantity of cargo;
- Your contact details so that we can get back to you;
- Additional information, preferences or conditions;
